We received your information from one of our clients in order to provide a payment to you. 

 

Depending on how you wish to receive your payment, and the applicable financial laws and regulations, we may collect some or all of the following information from you:

  • information provided by the client providing payment to you, such as your juror or other identification number and information to let us verify your identity, such as your zip code or personal identification number,

  • contact information, such as name, email address and/or phone number,

  • access authorization, such as user ID and password,

  • identification information, such as your street address, date of birth, and social security number (if required by applicable know-your-customer requirements or to mail a check to you), and

  • financial account information (to deliver funds to you).

We also retain our history of paying you in order to comply with financial laws and regulations and for reporting purposes.

If you choose to sign in through another service, such as Amazon, Facebook, or Google, we store an identifier that links your account on our service with the account on the other service.

 

We will use your information to contact you regarding your payment and to provide financial and customer service to you. We will not sell or rent this information and will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request or services we provide or in response to requests from law enforcement or government regulators. We may use information provided by or obtained from you to update the account information or other records related to your payment. 

If you receive your payment on a card or virtual card issued by one of our bank partners, and the bank issuing the card has access to these records. Please refer to the privacy policies governing your prepaid card program for more on how information related to cardholders is handled in your program.

We may contact you by text message or email to notify you of pending payments, additional funds available, or matters related to processing your payment.

Your Access to and Control Over Information 

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the "Numi Card Support" form or by calling the number on the back of your card (or, if you do not have your card, 800-384-4413): 

  • Learn what data we have about you, if any. 

  • Change/correct any data we have about you. 

  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data. 

 

We retain personal information for a period of time as required by laws and regulations and the necessary business purpose. We securely delete personal information as soon as legally permitted. If you have any questions, please contact us via the "Numi Card Support" form or by calling the number on the back of your card (or, if you do not have your card, 800-384-4413).

 

Security 

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, we take reasonable steps to protect your information both online and offline. However, it is possible that highly sensitive information, such as card numbers, could be intercepted when you use our "Numi Card Support" form, which is why we request that you do not enter card numbers into the form. If you need to communicate highly sensitive information with us, please call us instead of using the form.

Wherever we store sensitive information (such as names and email address), your information is protected from unauthorized access and use through security measures that comply with federal and state law.

We also maintain other physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect this information, and we limit access to information to those employees for whom access is appropriate.
